Wolfe’s journey into public speaking and effective communication began at the age of seven, within the bustling environment of their parents’ local hair salon in North Carolina. Long before any formal training, Wolfe learned that people don’t just respond to what you say, they respond to how it feels when you say it.
Now a voice, communication, and leadership coach, originally trained as a musical theatre performer with an MFA in Voice Studies from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, Wolfe’s transmitted this curiosity into research on the concept of vocal congruence, the alignment between your voice and how you identify with it.
The critical question of: How does your voice and speech reflect YOU.
Wolfe’s work sits at the intersection of performance, psychology, and embodiment. Wolfe has taught amongst some of the greats whilst living in London at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts, Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and ArtsEd, facilitated public speaking at UCL, and trained in gender-affirming voice practices. Wolfe also serves on the Junior Board of the Voice and Speech Trainers Association (VASTA), contributing to the future of inclusive voice practice.
Wolfe brings a performer’s precision and a director’s eye into every session alongside a body-focused practice as a certified yoga teacher. Wolfe’s clients range from professionals, leaders, creatives and actors who are done “sounding good” and ready to be fully believed.
Expect work that’s practical, embodied, and occasionally confronting (in the best way). But most importantly, full of JOY.
Because this isn’t about fixing your voice and speech. It’s about aligning it, so what you say doesn’t just land… it lingers.
