Jamie Kaufman is a professional singer and dedicated vocal coach with a passion for helping singers discover their voice. With a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance and a Minor in Music Education, as well as a Master of Arts in Teaching from The University of The Arts, Jamie combines extensive training with a genuine love for helping students reach their full musical potential. Specializing in Jazz, Musical Theatre, Classical, Pop, and R&B, Jamie tailors each session to meet the unique goals of every student, working with singers at all stages of their vocal journey, from beginners to seasoned performers.
An accomplished performer, Jamie has sung in a variety of settings, from jazz ensembles and musical theater productions to church cantoring and wedding performances. Her credits include performances at prestigious events such as the Avenue of the Arts Visionary Awards and the Emerging Artist Showcase at the Washington Women in Jazz Festival. Jamie’s diverse performance experience across genres and styles informs her teaching, allowing students to explore and develop their abilities across a wide range of musical traditions.
